Responsible for reviewing the production program and efficiency levels and observing the requirements established by quality control for Linear Systems BU Manage production activities through group leaders Monitor and evaluate measures designed to improve production methods Responsible for complying with the production plan Lead personnel in each function, based on the procedures and policies from Thomson - Responsible to prepare results report based on the performance and productivity - Daily Management of SQDCG objectives & goals - Train associates in proper manufacturing techniques. - Performances Evaluations from the personnel of the BU
Experiência y requisitos
3+ years of experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial or strong knowledge in metal-mechanic industry related field) Effective planning, organization, and leadership skills. Great communication skills (Spanish & fluent English)
