Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Essex
Salary: £17 per hour
Hours: 38 hours per week (Mon – Thurs 7:30am – 4pm, Fri 6am – 12pm) + overtime

My client are seeking a hands-on, reliable team member to work under their Senior Production Supervisor in a busy cardboard and paper goods manufacturing environment. The role supports production efficiency, quality control, and continuous improvement while maintaining safe working practices.

• Support the Senior Production Supervisor in daily production operations.
• Assist with basic machine maintenance, adjustments, and setup.
