Job Responsibilities

• Supervise Production Operators and manufacturing activities in Battery Recycling Plant pertaining to the production of products and/or manufacturing processes across production area such as Battery Feeding Area, Mechanical Plant Area, Chemical Plant Area and Mechanical Vapor Recompression Area.
• Conduct performance reviews, including resolving performance issues, discipline issue, time management and commitment of Production Operators.
• Establish the scheduling of production route sheet and team performance metrics, including monitoring output and adjusting schedules to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Accountable for productivity, quality, and training metrics of operators, and provide regular progress reports and manufacturing metrics to management and cross-functional stakeholders, including developing resolutions as ne...
