  • Cost and Budget allocation
  • Manpower planning and MIS Reporting
  • Targeted production as per production plan.
  • Process development and controlling techniques along with Team Leader Responsibility
  • Implementation of safety culture
  • Supervise and control plant operation during assigned shift
  • Improve productivity and yield.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by management
