AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Production Supervisor on 3rd. Shift to be located in West Plains, MO. Under the general direction of the Production Manager, this position is responsible for providing effective leadership, driving continuous improvement, and coordination of all production activities within a production department. Directly supervises 30-40 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
