Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor in Worcester, MA, to join their leadership team and develop their management skills. 

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and coach the team to success, insure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift.
• Collaborate with other night shift departments.
• Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator
• Ensure safety of all employees
• Trouble shoot and work with Maintenance team.
