Production Support Analyst

Role Summary

The role is a Fixed Income & Rates Technology Specialist supporting mission-critical front-office trading platforms during LATAM trading hours (GMT-6). The position combines Production Support, QA Testing, and L2 Engineering, with primary focus on live trading support and secondary involvement in testing and engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-office production support for Fixed Income products (Bonds, Swaps, Inflation-linked instruments).
• Act as the main point of contact for traders and business users, owning incidents from triage through resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis across the full trade lifecycle and implement workarounds during live trading.
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing, including P&L and risk validation.
