<div><b>Job Title:</b> Production Support Analyst</div> <div> </div> <div><b>Job description</b></div> <ul> <li>Monitor, triage, and resolve production incidents raised by business users</li> <li>Provide day-to-day operational support for the Archer platform and in-scope use cases.</li> <li>Participate in the Change Process for production changes. </li> <li>Support deployment activities and post-release verification.</li> <li>Provide status updates on incidents, risks, and backlog items. </li> <li>Escalate critical issues appropriately and communicate impact and resolution clearly.</li> <li>Maintain support documentation and known-issue logs. </li> <li>Capture root cause analyses (RCA) for all incidents.</li> <li>Experience in .NET is an asset </li> </ul>
