Analytical Skills and VAS operations Knowledge:
- Understanding of Telecom VAS Network. In depth knowledge of various telecom protocols and nodes in infrastructure.
- Have worked on VAS platform with hands on experience on Level 2 support for any voice, messaging or data application.
- Maintain service uptime & SLA as committed. Capacity planning & Redundancy management.
- Application Support, Deployment of Release, patches & fixes on Platform.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Linux environments (clustering, high availability, load balancing etc.).Exposure to working with various WebServers (Apache, Tomcat, Jboss).
- Analyze server performance, perform tuning and ensure high availability & stability of platform.
- Scripting Languages (Python/Perl/Shell) knowledge.
