Application Support

  • Understanding of Telecom VAS Network. In depth knowledge of various telecom protocols and nodes in infrastructure.
  • Have worked on VAS platform with hands on experience on Level 2 support for any voice, messaging or data application.
  • Maintain service uptime & SLA as committed. Capacity planning & Redundancy management.
  • Application Support, Deployment of Release, patches & fixes on Platform.
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of Linux environments (clustering, high availability, load balancing etc.).Exposure to working with various WebServers (Apache, Tomcat, Jboss).
  • Analyze server performance, perform tuning and ensure high availability & stability of platform.
  • Scripting Languages (Python/Perl/Shell) knowledge.
