Production Support Engineer

The Production Support Engineer will work closely with both the design and manufacturing teams to produce class leading air conditioning and dehumidification systems. After the unit design is complete the production support engineer will prepare the BOM for production, ensure the parts are available or coordinate the procurement, follow up with suppliers, manage stock and inspect finished goods. This is an important role to ensure the quality and cost of the finished product is to the company standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) within the ERP system.
• Procure components and raw materials according to design standards and local cost-efficiency.
• Manage stock levels of critical components to prevent production bottlenecks while minimizing holding costs.
• Issue material and labour hours to jobs at each month‑end to provide accurate data for financial reporting and resource planning. ...
