As a Production Support Engineer, you will:
Provide end-to-end production support for payment systems including incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, business partners, application SMEs) to resolve issues and improve system performance. Create and maintain runbooks and documentation for recurring issues and processes. Monitor system health and implement observability tools to proactively detect and address issues.
