Overview
A Production Support Engineer ensures that critical applications and services run smoothly in live, customer‑facing environments. This role focuses on incident resolution, system monitoring, root cause analysis, and maintaining the overall reliability and performance of production systems. The engineer serves as a key liaison between operations, development, and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
+ Monitor production applications and systems to ensure uptime, performance, and availability
+ Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across application, database, infrastructure, and network layers
