Production Support / SRE Roles & Responsibilities Montreal - Hybrid (4 Days onsite) Core Responsibilities 1. Application Production Support (Level 2) Provide L2 support for enterprise platforms including: IBM OnDemand IBM Content Manager eSign Box Additional businesscritical applications Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure permanent corrective actions are implemented. Document recurring issues, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge management. 2. Systems Monitoring & Incident Management Monitor system health and performance across: Mainframe AIX Windows OpenShift / OCP Manage incident triage, severity assessment, escalation, and communication with stakeholders. Support highpriority outages through coordination with crossfunctional teams. 3. Mainframe Support Execute and troubleshoot JCL jobs and batch cycles.
