Production Support frontend Developer

Qualifications

• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with frontend applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or Remedy.
• Good understanding of production monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Kibana, Grafana).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Hands-on experience with browser debugging tools and performance optimization.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for hosting frontend apps.
• Familiarity with error monitoring tools (Sentry, New Relic, Datadog).
