Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 application and production support for enterprise systems.
  • Perform incident, problem, and change management following ITIL processes.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve production issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for permanent fixes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Handle deployments, configuration changes, and environment maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and contribute to service improvement plans.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, SQL, and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Experience with AutoSys, Control-M, Splunk, and related monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with application servers (WebLogic / Tomcat / JBoss).
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and incident management tools like ServiceNow / JIRA.
