Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 application and production support for enterprise systems.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management following ITIL processes.
- Monitor system performance and resolve production issues quickly.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for permanent fixes.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare necessary documentation.
- Handle deployments, configuration changes, and environment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and contribute to service improvement plans.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, SQL, and Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience with AutoSys, Control-M, Splunk, and related monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with application servers (WebLogic / Tomcat / JBoss).
- Knowledge of ETL processes and incident management tools like ServiceNow / JIRA.
