Job Description

As a Production Support Specialist (Level 2), you will:

  • Provide Level 2 support for core applications
  • Manage incident resolution, problem tickets, and system maintenance
  • Support end‑of‑day batch runs and ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across infrastructure, operations, and automation teams
  • Implement application monitoring and dashboards for proactive system health

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Support Specialist should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 5+ years of IT experience, preferably in technology solution or support service delivery
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, including weekends or late hours
  • Hands‑on experience in L2 or L3 production support and in AS400
