Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for core applications
- Manage incident resolution, problem tickets, and system maintenance
- Support end‑of‑day batch runs and ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders across infrastructure, operations, and automation teams
- Implement application monitoring and dashboards for proactive system health

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 5+ years of IT experience, preferably in technology solution or support service delivery
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, including weekends or late hours
- Hands‑on experience in L2 or L3 production support and in AS400
