About the Role
We are seeking an RPA Managed Services Lead (UiPath) to manage and lead
automation support operations. This role focuses on monitoring deployed bots,
optimizing performance, and delivering strong, proactive client support with excellent
turnaround times (TATs).
The ideal candidate should have a solid UiPath technical background, operational
leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with clients while driving
automation efficiency and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
• Daily monitoring of bot runs, queues, and automation performance.
• Manage incidents and client support tickets with sharp TATs.
• Understand client business processes and act as a liaison between business
and technical teams.
• Optimize bot performance, resource utilization, and license allocation.
• Work with UiPath architecture components including Orchestrator, VMs, and
licensing models.
• Lead and mentor the managed services team to ensure high-quality support.
• Prepare and share performance reports with clients.
• Identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvements in stability and
scalability.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or relevant field.
• 7+ years of RPA experience with minimum 3+ years in UiPath support/managed
services.
• Strong background in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing UiPath
automations.
• Experience in client communication, SLA management, and proactive support.
Technical Skills
• Strong expertise in UiPath Orchestrator, unattended bots, queues, and
scheduling.
• Good understanding of UiPath infrastructure — VM allocation, license
management, Orchestrator architecture.
• Experience with exception handling, logging, and best practices for bot stability.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and integrations (preferred).
• Prior experience supporting enterprise RPA environments.
Leadership & Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to guide, mentor, and manage support analysts effectively.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
