**Production Support Manager**:
Maintenance Production is a part of SAS Operations which includes EASA Part 145 and EASA Part 147. Maintenance Production delivers aircraft according to SAS standards and in accordance with SAS priorities: Safety, Punctualitiy and Care.
As Production Support Manager you will be responsible for daily operational task to support the maintenance production team. You will report directly to the Production Manager and be a part of the local management team. This role will be responsible for workshops and staff related, manage projects, provide support for the production and take on stand-in duties in vacation periods.
The role is interesting and full of variation. There are several opportunities for development using LEAN and close collaboration with stakeholders within SAS, including SAS OCC/MO-C. SAS leadership model is essential for our leaders and includes: Engage people, think forward, Go and See...
