Production Support Manager

We’re partnering with a global fintech company that is searching for a Production Support Manager who can keep things running smoothly — and make them even better.


You’ll manage production support across projects, product, and clients, ensuring issues are resolved quickly, processes run efficiently, and client satisfaction stays high.


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee production support and coordinate with engineering and product teams.

  • Manage the Zendesk portal and track issues through to resolution within SLAs.

  • Engage directly with banking clients to provide updates and insights.

  • Lead SLA/governance reporting and present in quarterly client sessions.

  • Improve support frameworks and drive data-led process optimisation.
