Job Title: Production Support Consultant

Location: Toronto, ON (3x onsite a week)

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Rate: CAD$40 - $50/HR INC

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support mission-critical, client-facing enterprise applications in a 24x7 production environment
  • Lead Application Support and Production Support teams, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance
  • Own end-to-end Incident, Problem, and Change Management following ITIL best practices
  • Act as escalation point for Major Incidents, driving timely resolution, RCA, and service restoration
  • Perform trend analysis on incidents and recurring issues to improve system stability and reduce outages
  • Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, QA, and Business teams across global locations
