Production Team Lead

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be exclusively supporting a rapidly growing chilled products supplier based in Deeside as they build out their Production Team Lead cohort. The company's products have exploded in popularity over the past few years and the company have big expansion plans on the horizon. As part of these plans, they are seeking Production Team Leads (4 on 4 off), to effectively manage the running of the production lines and motivate the team to meet the production schedule.

Duties of the Production Team Lead:

• Responsibility for the safe and efficient running of the production lines to meet the production schedule
• When needed, manage and actively work on the automated packing lines
• Ensure all hygiene and production records are kept up to date for audit purposes
• Manage waste levels and keep to a minimum
