Production Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day production activities across one or more operational areas

Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards

Allocate manpower effectively and monitor shift-wise performance

Coach, guide, and develop team members to enhance skills, productivity, and engagement

Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues and support problem resolution

Maintain discipline and promote a positive work culture on the shop floor

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE / Mechanical / E&E)

4+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or shop-floor operations
