A Team Leader is a key partner in Creation's customer focused model (CFT) as they are responsible for leading a dedicated assembly team on the back-end production process and executing on commitments. They proactively plan for cell and team needs and use the functional resources available to them to ensure they are prepared. To be successful in the role you will need to be a strong compassionate leader who enables new ideas and empowers team members to work together in order to accomplish goals.
