Key Responsibilities

•Assuring safe and clean work environment during the shift by direct supervision over the personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
•Supervise and motivate work crew to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
•Supervise and assure the full implementation of the safety requirements and standards within all production units
•Collaborate with the quality department to monitor the various aspects of food processing to ensure final product meets set specification
•prepare and present daily shift report for production manager addressing all aspects of volume, safety, and quality details
•Ensure that all production documents are maintained, kept according to the retention policy
•Ensure all tools, equipment and production devices are maintained, calibrated and in the best conditions.
