• Have work experience in a Japanese Manufacturing company
• Must have experience in Production Management plus can analyze assembly problems
• Able to manage teams, coordinating to different departments, and ensuring timely preparation of parts for production use
• WILLING TO START ASAP
• Have people and decision management skills
• Keen to details by ensuring parts are prepared and assembled to exact specifications with minimal
• errors
• Ability to communicate effectively with team
• members, management and other departments
• Excellent in using excel, formulas and ppt
