In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Maintain business profitability through efficient and effective resource management
  • Manage and monitor department KPIs
  • Adhere to the production schedule in terms of product quantity and quality
  • Manage and organize operations, resources, and facilities for product manufacturing based on the production schedule
  •  Manage and plan department production based on product requirements
    • For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bilingual: Advanced English Education 
  • Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar Intermediate 
  • Office Software Other: Leadership, Resource Management, Negotiation, Communication, Decision-making, Teamwork
  • Desirable: Knowledge of screw machines
  • Work experience Required: At least years of experience in machining Desirable: At least years of experience in a similar position
