**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Maintain business profitability through efficient and effective resource management
+ Manage and monitor department KPIs
+ Adhere to the production schedule in terms of product quantity and quality
+ Manage and organize operations, resources, and facilities for product manufacturing based on the production schedule
+ Manage and plan department production based on product requirements
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bilingual: Advanced English Education
+ Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar Intermediate
+ Office Software Other: Leadership, Resource Management, Negotiation, Communication, Decision-making, Teamwork
+ Desirable: Knowledge of screw machines
+ Work experience Required: At least 10 years of experience in machining Desirable: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
