Genesis10 is currently seeking a Production / Technical Support with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement systems for high availability, scalability, and performance Collaborate with REDI-enabled Production Support REs to analyze operational data and identify systemic issues Drive continuous improvement through blameless postmortems and actionable insights Use Generative AI to accelerate incident triage, RCA generation, and predictive reliability Implement AI-driven automation for operational workflows, ensuring safety and compliance Build intuitive dashboards for reliability metrics, insights, and incident trends Develop/ Support/Maintain automation scripts, APIs, and GenAI integration pipelines Support/Maintain design schemas for incident data, runbooks, and knowledge graphs
