Production Technician (Entry Level - Conformal Coating) - TalentZok

Immediate opening for a Production Technician (Entry Level - Conformal Coating) in Brea, CA who possesses: -Must be able to work in an environment with strong chemicals -Wear an N-95 Mask daily -Desire to grow within a company Email resumes to mrico@: The selected candidate will be responsible for:-Assist Conformal Coating Machine Technicians by loading boards into machines, applying conformal coating to areas of the printed circuit board that the machines are unable to-Manage boards going through UV ovens and unload boards from fixtures-Inspect and touch-up conformal coated products-Mask all specified areas to be protected from conformal coating-Inspect printed circuit boards for epoxy cure, bubbles and voids in epoxy using established procedures to ensure product quality-Assist with masking removal as specified by customer and follow established procedures-Other duties may be assigned
The selected candidate will also possess:Education and Experience:-High School Diploma or equivalent -Experience in electronics manufacturing environment with electronics components is preferredLanguage:-Ability to effectively communicate in English both in writing and verbally at the general business levelTechnical Skills:-Must have strong attention to detail-Ability to see details at close range-Good hand dexterityPhysical Demands:-While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to fingers, handle or feel; reach with hand and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.-The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, and occasionally life and/or move objects that weigh more than 50 pounds.-Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.-Must have 20/20 vision acuity with or without glasses Salary Range: $19-21/hour
