Job Description

We are presently recruiting a Production Technician for our clients in County Kerry. The company in question manufactures precision components for the global healthcare market. The company uses insert injection moulding, silicone moulding, and automated assembly process to manufacture large volumes on a 24 / 7 basis. This is a fulltime, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Shift Production Supervisor to keep production running smoothly during the shift

  • Gain hands-on experience in injection moulding, silicone moulding, and automated assembly.

  • Troubleshoot, fine-tune processes, and respond to machine breakdowns promptly.

  • Assist with mould changeovers, routine maintenance, and process optimisation to reduce downtime.

  • Ensure product quality meets documented specifications and production targets are achieved.
