Production Technician (Leadframe Plating)

Production tooling and machine parameter setup and alignment and ensuring consistent output with good improvement in production yield

Responsibilities:

• Set up a new product including plating tool installation and machine parameters setting.
• Set up machine preparation and process according to work order.
• Fix and maintain stability on all production including machine or process in manufacturing.
• Perform routine chemical replenishment if necessary.
• Perform machine condition checking to ensure no interruption of production process.
• Assist in machine schedule preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintaining 5s at the work place.
• Preparation of production report and record according to the production procedures.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or any other related engineering field.
