Continental shift rota. Ensure 100% compliance with industry standards. Fault finding, investigating issues and problem solving. Machinery start-ups and changeovers. Leading a line of machine operators and driving performance. Drive continuous improvement. Liaise with engineering teams on improvements. Production Technician Requirements include:
Engineering qualifications would be a massive advantage. Technically minded. Competent to solve problems and issues. Worked previously on machinery or in an engineering environment.
