Basic Function

  • Be responsible for the operations of independent production lines
  • Be responsible for administration job of production department, backup for production data statistics.
  • Continuously improve performance on safety, quality and productivity

    • Responsibilities

  • Follow HSE regulation and rules in daily operation, achieve Goal Zero target

  • Manage the day to day line operations as per the process order. Activities includes, Extruder line start up, Grade changeovers, line stringing, operating machine control panels etc.

  • Supervise the manpower plotted on the production lines, including operators and contract workmen

  • Be responsible for recording the QMS and EMS formats/records

  • Be responsible for attending internal operation training program and keeping record

  • Performs the duties of the reliever in the production department

  • Participate RC session to resolve internal and external quality issue and help to close action plans

    • Person Specification

    Education:

  • CPET/Diploma polymer engineering/technology

    • Work Experience:

  • Min.1 year related experience

    • Licenses & Certifications
