We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Key Responsibilities


In this role, you will:

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed production and packaging equipment

  • Perform preventative maintenance using basic hand and power tools

  • Identify and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime

  • Annualized Pay Range: Approximately $45,600 – $52,000+ per year, based on a $21.94 hourly rate, full-time schedule, and potential overtime

  • Overtime opportunities available as business needs require

  • Must be willing and able to work any shift
