General Function

Production Associates create high‑quality prescription eyewear in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities include operating machines, assembling lenses and frames, and inspecting finished products.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate machines to shape and clean lenses.
• Insert lenses into matching frames.
• Inspect final products to ensure quality standards.

Coating

• Clipper – clip and secure lenses into baskets.
• Machine Operator – load chemicals and operate the coating machine.
• Inspector – examine lenses for optical and cosmetic accuracy.

Finishing
