Job Summary:

  • Perform troubleshooting Injection Moulding operation & related equipment and performance of daily and minor PM's.
  • Perform Job Change as and when required
  • To follow instructions; document and report hardware issue.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform troubleshooting Injection Moulding Operation & related equipment and performance of daily and minor PM's

  • Perform inspection as per requirement stated in PQC form

  • Perform 2 hourly check on product for visual defect

  • Perform 2 hourly check weight of water, pack & carton

  • Perform area cleaning as required

  • Follow all safety rules

  • Inform Technician or Supervisor of problems

  • Learn to troubleshoot customized Automated Machinery

  • Other duties assigned as & when required.
