Job Description Job Description Vacation Replacement Production Workers needed in Ashtabula open to shift flexibility for a growing facility with ample opportunity for advancement. Pay is based on experience. This is a non fiberglass facility that offers ample opportunity for advancement. DIRECT HIRE 1st shift: 7am - 3pm 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm 3rd shift: 11pm-7am Candidates will be working in the production department where they will be grinding and cutting rubber parts to specific dimensions and sizes. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and able to pass a background, drug screen and physical. SHIFT FLEXIBILITY is required.
