Production Operator - No Experience Required
We are seeking new production operators at our Northgate to assist in the production of reinforcing steel for use in concrete footings, slabs and structures.
About the Role- Competitive hourly rate plus overtime options
- Work Monday to Friday with 5.30am starts
- Cutting, bending, welding, bundling and loading steel onto trucks
- Customer service, Stores and Warehousing tasks
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
- Experience with MIG welding and hand tools advantageous but not required
- LF Forklift, CN Non-slewing mobile crane and DG Dogger ticket (desirable but not essential)
- HR License or above (desirable but not essential)
- Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks
- Drug & Alcohol
