Job Summary


We are seeking Production Workers (Day Shift) for our Mesa, AZ manufacturing plant location. Reporting to the Plant Foreman, the Production Worker is an entry level position with advancement opportunities (to machine operator, forklift driver, loader operator, etc.). The Production Worker is responsible for ensuring continuous efficient production through planning, coordinating, and directing manufacturing resources. Personal skills include time management, quality control and safety. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete essential duties and assigned tasks satisfactorily.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the Plant Foreman to maintain daily production goals

  • Maintain a clean and safe production environment
