What You’ll Do as a Production Test/Rework Technician:
- Test and rework electronic assemblies according to company standard
- Operate basic test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Identify and correct manufacturing defects
- Read and follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team members
What You Need to Bring to the Production Test/Rework Technician Role:
- Ability to distinguish colored wires and pass a color vision test
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English
- Manual dexterity and ability to meet eye–hand coordination requirements
- Lift up to 35 lbs as needed
- Basic PC skills and familiarity with Windows-based systems
- Previous experience with soldering and electronic components preferred
- Reliable transportation to Chanhassen, MN
