Job Description
(
- Monitor and analyse output of every machine to increase machine efficiency.
- Leads and facilitates continuous improvement activities (e.g. Kaizen, Kanban) focused on root cause analysis to solve problems and achieve 100% conformance to customer requirements.
- Monitor scrap performance to ensure draughtsman fully utilize nesting to reduce scrap.
- Perform other ad-hoc activities that may be assigned from time to time.
- Support production in line improvement to control overhead and increase productivity.
- Monitor extra part at production.
- Familiar with Auto CAD, Inventer, SolidWorks.
- Responsible in making jig, trolley and rack to smoothen the process and ensure 5S.
