What you will do
Evaluates and recommends emerging technologies, tools and services, the potential business impact, and facilitates adoption of leading technologies Performs technical troubleshooting with the customers and vendors on issue resolution and continuous improvement on the reliability of the services Suggests alternate technical solutions to meet client requirements efficiently and/or with greater reusability and/or longer life. Fosters collaborative relationships with the SaaS vendors, practitioners and industry organizations with an emphasis on business user’s satisfaction Maintains an awareness of the user’s needs and initiatives and identifies key business implications and impacts.
