About Position:

Results-driven Professional Services Engineering Manager to lead ERP system onboarding projects focused on the Supply Chain domain. The PEM will ensure seamless ERP implementations for supply chain processes, while maintaining high quality, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• 14 + years of experience in ERP implementations, with strong focus on Supply Chain modules - procurement, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, order management.
• Lead ERP onboarding and implementation projects with a focus on Supply Chain modules and processes.
• Manage, mentor, and coordinate both onshore and offshore technical and consulting teams.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze supply chain processes, and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of ERP configurations, customizations, integrations, and data migration in supply chain areas.
• Define and enforce standards, best practices, and QA processes for ERP deployments in supply chain functions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, QA, and operations.
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing updates, guidance, and post-implementation support.
• Drive continuous improvement in ERP implementation methodology, supply chain processes, and offshore team efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to balance technical delivery with business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
