About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Professional Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close. This role is responsible for driving new business growth, managing a robust pipeline, and building strong client relationships that contribute directly to Wing’s revenue expansion. The ideal candidate combines strategic consultative selling with a disciplined process and a deep understanding of remote staffing or B2B service models.
Compensation: PHP 196,000–280,000/month

- Manage the entire sales process from inbound lead handling and outbound prospecting to qualification, proposal, and contract closure.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos tailored to each client’s business challenges and operational needs.
