PQ Course Management – Associate
This role supports the end-to-end operations and client servicing of professional training programs.
The Associate is responsible for assisting with trainer coordination, student support, delivery quality assurance, and operational execution for corporate clients (B2B) and individual learners (B2C).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating trainers and managing course logistics;
- Provide support to students through various channels such as email or phone calls;
- Evaluate the quality of course delivery to ensure it meets client expectations;
Skills & Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, education or communications;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
