Senior Financial Modeller

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Modeller to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in advanced financial modeling at HoldCo level, including NAV Financing and Tax Equity structures.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience in financial modeling within renewable energy IPPs, infrastructure/energy funds, or investment banking/project finance. They will also have strong skills in Excel proficiency, with the ability to create complex models and perform scenario analysis.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex financial information clearly to senior management and fund shareholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NAV Financing modeling, including cash waterfalls, covenants, dividend upstream leverage optimization stress testing;


• Build maintain project portfolio-level models for BESS solar wind assets across greenfield brownfield operating stages;


• Tax Equity transactions Partnership Flip Sale-Leaseback Inverted Lease ITC/PTC monetization;
