Leading on-site operations. Are you a pro at giving on-site support? Working with a team, you’ll oversee the day-to-day client activities for the assigned facility as site lead. You’ll also implement building procedures and performance measures—and ensure that they are maintained at all times. You’ll boost on-site operations by promoting best practices, innovations and creating better processes. You’ll work closely with Senior Facilities Manager to ensure management support and backup across all facilities. Providing operational oversight of technical and non-technical services for the team, at the same time leading your team in event management. This job will also entail the question “How do I ensure the safety of my colleagues?” You will do this by promoting adherence to health and safety standards.
