The Global Opex team is responsible for financial planning & analysis, budget monitoring, and the development of analytical reports for decision support. The team ensures accounting procedures and reporting conform to generally accepted accounting principles and supports decision-making on Opex with a focus on trends, metrics, efficiency, and commercial improvements for the accounts/organization.

What you will do in this role

• Monthly financial reporting and analysis of performance for Global IT Opex
• Assist in month-end closing and ensure accruals for Opex functions are balanced
• Understand financial aspects of the IT business and identify opportunities for savings and risks
• Perform modeling and financial analysis related to investments
• Collaborate with Senior Executives to drive cost reductions and process improvements
• Coordinate and prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for expense and capital
• Analyze key drivers of costs to implement actionable measures
• Support month-end financial close processes
• Analyze and report current and past financial data
• Suggest budgets and forecasts and identify process improvements
• Explore cost opportunities and work with departments to drive cost efficiency
• Develop initiatives and policies to improve financial growth
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you have:

• Degree in Finance & Accounting or professional F&A certification
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Finance
• Excellent analytical and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience collaborating with international stakeholders in a global business environment

It is a plus if you have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Self-starter with sense of urgency and the ability to work under ambiguity
• Professionalism and ability to develop relationships
• Strong attention to detail
