Experteer OverviewIn this role, you ensure the reliable operation of the Temenos Payments Hub across environments, with a focus on production. You act as the primary technical resolver for escalated incidents, collaborating with 1st line support to restore service quickly. You'll work within IT Service Support to diagnose issues, maintain runbooks, and drive improvements in resilience and observability. This position combines production stability, incident analysis, and change coordination in a dynamic private banking tech environment.

- Serve as technical escalation point for TPH incidents and service disruptions
- Investigate failed payments, stuck messages, timeouts, queue buildup, and reconciliation mismatches using logs, DB traces, and monitoring tools
- Diagnose root causes in application logic or configuration and coordinate fixes for message parsing/formatting (ISO 20022, MT/MX)
